“We can state great losses among the personnel of North Korea servicemen, who are under conditional legend, cover, under foreign documents in the territory of the Russian Federation and are making an aggressive war against Ukrainian troops, is part of this war. Large losses involve rotation measures, replacement, and such measures are taking place, ”he said.
Yusov also added that military support from the North Korea regime continues – both in power and in means.
“When some official statements could be made, they will definitely be made. But what international colleagues, journalists report – they see (this can be confirmed) heavy losses, which means that the units after a certain percentage of personnel output cannot perform the tasks. Therefore, yes, rotational measures take place, ”Yusov explained.
