An explosion was heard in Odessa, said Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration.

He urged the locals to stay in shelters to break.

Air anxiety was declared at about 19:20 in Odesa region. The Armed Forces of the Armed Forces warned the threat of use of ballistic weapons from the south.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions. At the same time, Russian troops are often repeated when rescuers and doctors work in place.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
