The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Kovali on Grain Storage Forum in Kiev reported this on Friday, Interfax-Ukraine reports. “Of course, the suspension of USAID projects will have a negative impact on the activities of a Ukrainian agricultural sector. Many manufacturers expected to supply already financed and programs and their own equipment,” he said. The Minister noted that Ukraine is too risky for Ukraine to fund one source in a war. The President of the Ukrainian Grain Association Mykola Gorbachev added that, according to him, suspension of financial support has led to the fact that 160 highly qualified specialists could be released in the Ukrainian USAID representation according to various programs.
