According to him, it is “a special set of adaptive clothing and personal hygiene products for injured or sick servicemen, police and civil protection workers.”
The Minister of Defense says that “the adaptive clothing in the set is designated so that it can be easily worn without extra effort, even with restrictions in movements. This will allow the wounded to maintain independence in everyday life. ”
As Umerov reminded, the “wounded package” includes adaptive jersey, shorts, sweatshirts (with short and long sleeves), pants, socks, hoods, towel, shampoo, antiseptic, napkins, toothbrush and paste, as well as other means hygiene.
“For women, a set is supplemented with objects that take into account their special needs: hair brush, hygiene products, cotton cotton disks, cotton swabs and a hair rubber band,” the Minister of Defense said.
According to Umerov, a special feeding cup, an adaptive spoon-exhaust and other convenient solutions are added to the set for lying patients or patients with disabilities.
“This is another important step towards creating the best conditions for the restoration and rehabilitation of our wounded heroes,” the head of the Ministry of Defense emphasized.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense announced that in 2025 the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive a “package of the wounded”, which will include adaptive clothing, hygiene products and special utensils – a total of 30 positions.
