This year, Lithuania will focus on providing Ukraine with the most necessary assistance – air defense, ammunition, drones and means of combating them. At the same time, the country will develop its own defense industry and support the Ukrainian military sector through the financing of weapons production in Ukraine.

In addition, Lithuania will take an active part in a mine coalition, which he heads together with Iceland, and will also join other international initiatives to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capability. It is also envisaged to provide military assistance through international funds, collective projects, preparation of Ukrainian military and rehabilitation of wounded defenders.

Since the beginning of the full -scale invasion of Lithuania, she has been transferred to Ukraine by more than 767 million euros. The total support exceeded 1.5 billion euros.
