The CEO of the company Igor Smilyansky said this in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
“From the next Monday, the automation process will be finally completed and 100% of UkrPoshta will be processed on robotic lines. Delivery, as we promised, will happen the next day, ”Smilyansky said.
In 2024, UkrPoshta invested 1 billion UAH of own funds in the processes of automation of sorting centers. They were directed for the purchase of equipment from domestic manufacturers.
As UkrPoshta invested its own expense, 60 million euros remained unused, the company CEO added.
The company will now initiate their redirection to UkrPoshta Bank and plans to negotiate with creditors – the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
Earlier, UkrPoshta postal operator announced the beginning of a strategic partnership with Chinese TEMU marketplaces.
The state “Ukrposhta” will have its own bank. Banking services are planned to be available for everyone, regardless of their place of residence.
