Due to the reduction of reserves, farmers began to sell good quality products, which caused a new price jump. The wholesale companies confirm that the supply of cabbage on the market is declining.
Currently, cabbage in Ukraine costs an average of 3.7 times more than in 2024. Sellers suggest that prices will continue to rise, and the rate of rise in price will only accelerate with the further reduction of inventories in farms.
Recall that in the second half of January in Ukraine the purchase prices for milk decreased. This is due to excess milk-raw materials, reducing demand from dairy enterprises and reducing the consumption of dairy products among the population.
