Under the procedural leadership of the Novobavar District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, two citizens were informed of the suspicion of unauthorized dissemination of information on the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). One of them is additionally charged with illegal purchase, storage of a large -scale drug, committed by the purpose of sale and without such (Part 2 of Article 307, Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
It is known that in December 2024 a couple from Kharkiv, who was previously convicted of crimes against property, had a permanent connection with the Russian representative in Telegram. In particular, during the reward, they recorded the dislocations of the Ukrainian military, as well as the place of residence of the SBU staff.
A man with a girl under the guise of romantic walks in the city was hidden photography and filmed objects on video and sent materials to a representative of the Russian Federation. In addition, it is also found that the suspect laid out in Kharkov “tab” with drugs – methadone. She photographed “hiding places” and transmitted information to clients.
The suspects are taken into custody without bail. Supplements, according to the internal security and military counterintelligence of the SBU, the enemy’s associates were 38-year-old local unemployed and his 24-year cohabitant.
Security staff documented the crimes of both informants and detained them in a rented apartment, which they rented for conspiracy.
During the searches, mobile phones were removed from the detainees with evidence of enemy work. The persons are threatened with up to 12 years in prison.
