The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned the actions of the M23 rebels that seized the key city of Goma in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo after an offensive on the Congoleza army, and stressed that Ukraine is ready to actively involve humanitarian assistance, in particular, in the field of food, and in the field the consequences of armed conflict.
