In general, according to OVA, during the night and in the morning, Russian forces carried out four shellings of the border territories and settlements of the Sumy region.
Meanwhile, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, due to Russian strikes, residential buildings have been damaged and there is destruction on the territory of an industrial enterprise.
“Infrastructure has been damaged in the Samariv district. There was a fire. Three private houses and an outbuilding were also damaged. Three high-rise buildings were broken into in Dnipro. One of them caught fire, which was extinguished by rescuers. In Nikopol region, the occupiers fought with Grad anti-aircraft guns and heavy artillery. We kissed around the district center and the Marganets community. There is destruction on the territory of the industrial enterprise”, – said the head of OVA Serhiy Lysak.
According to him, in the evening and during the night, the units of the PvK “East” destroyed 13 drones in the Dnipropetrovsk region. There were no casualties or injuries, Lysak added.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that on the night of January 27, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 104 drones, 57 of which were shot down, and 39 were lost.
According to the Air Force, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kyiv regions were affected by the attack by Russian UAVs.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
