Ukrainians will once again be able to inform about construction or receive declarations about the facility’s readiness.
The full list of construction services includes:
– Notification of the start of preparatory works;
– Notification of the start of construction works based on the construction passport;
– Notification of the start of construction works SS1;
– Application for the provision of town planning conditions and land plot development restrictions;
– Issuance of construction passport;
– Declaration on readiness for operation of CC1 facilities;
– Declaration on the facility’s readiness for operation based on the construction passport;
– Declaration of readiness for operation of self-built objects on the land plot of the corresponding purpose;
– Declaration of readiness for operation by court decision;
– Permission to perform construction works and submit changes to the already issued permission;
– Cancellation of a permit to perform construction works;
– Certificate of commissioning of the facility;
– Cancellation of the notice on the start of preparatory or construction works.
“Construction services are as automated as possible – most of the data in the applications are pulled from the registers, the decision on the services is also issued automatically. First of all, it is aimed at effectively combating corruption.” – the message says.
Automation will also ensure simple, transparent and quick receipt of relevant documents, which is relevant both for business and for Ukrainians building for themselves, the department noted.
