The Appeal Chamber of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court left unchanged the decision to confiscate the assets of the former President “Motor Sich” Vyacheslav Boguslaev, reported at the Ministry of Justice on Friday on social networks, writes, writes, writes, writes UNN.

“On January 23, 2025, the Bax Court of Appeal left Vyacheslav Boguslaev’s appeal without satisfying the appeal and confirmed the decision of the first instance of December 02, 2024 in Case No. 991/9618/24,” – the message reads.

The Ministry of Justice’s claim for the application of sanctions, as stated, was satisfied in full.

According to the ministry, the assets of the state were charged to the state income, namely:

  • buildings and structures of the economic complex in the city of Primorsk, Zaporizhzhya region;
    • 100% of the share in the authorized capital of LLC “Inna”.

      This resolution shall enter into force immediately after its pronouncement and is not subject to appeal in cassation.

      Addition

      According to the Ministry of Justice, on June 25, 2024, the CAPS Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision of the court of first instance dated April 18, 2024 in case No. 991/558/24. At that time, a sanction was already applied to Boguslaev.
