It is noted that the court established that the accused was part of an intelligence network in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which collects information of an intelligence nature in order to pass it on to representatives of the aggressor country for intelligence and subversive activities against Ukraine.
At the same time, the accused, while living in the temporarily occupied territory, maintained friendly relations with the residents of Luhansk and Donetsk regions and directly involved them in the collection and transfer of intelligence information regarding the movement, movement and exact location of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. placed in this direction of the front. She passed the received intelligence to the representatives of the special services and the Russian Armed Forces for the correction and guidance of artillery fire, missile strikes and other fire damage.
The accused, being aware of the presence of an indictment pending in court, did not appear at the court session.
According to the results of the trial, the court found the woman guilty of the crime provided for in part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced her to fifteen years of imprisonment with the confiscation of all property belonging to him as a state income.
Currently, the verdict has not yet entered into force.
