Details: Trump promised to release the documents during his first term as president. But in the end he gave in to the Central Intelligence Agency’s request to keep most of the material secret.

During the last election campaign, Trump renewed the promise of declassification. In the executive order, Trump stated that declassification of this data is in the public interest.

  • A sniper’s bullet hit him in the head – he died in the hospital. Officially, the killer is James Earl Ray, who pleaded guilty, but later tried to retract his confession, saying he had been framed. King’s death sparked mass protests and riots across the United States.
