Syrskyi visited the 155th mechanized brigade in the Pokrovsky direction

While working in the Pokrovsky direction, the Commander-in-Chief listened to the brigade commanders regarding the specifics of the conduct of hostilities, problematic issues and took all measures to resolve them.

“Special attention was paid to the 155th separate mechanized brigade. It is worth noting that the brigade is gradually acquiring certain combat capabilities. All the negative points and difficulties that arose during its deployment in Ukraine were analyzed, conclusions were drawn, which will be taken into account during the further training of servicemen.” – noted Sirsky.

He emphasized that the mechanized, airborne assault brigades, the “Birds of Magyar” UAV strike brigade are currently heroically restraining the overwhelming forces of the Russian occupiers and effectively destroying the enemy’s personnel and combat equipment.

“I especially want to thank the international partners, in particular France, which was the first country that responded to the request to create a mechanized brigade and fulfilled all the commitments made regarding the training and equipping of the above-mentioned military unit,” Holovkom added.

Syrskyi also listened to problematic questions and requests regarding urgent needs, worked in a separate BPS regiment regarding its further scaling into a new type brigade, and got acquainted with new technological developments that are improved taking into account the challenges of war and immediately applied directly on the battlefield.

“I made the necessary decisions to strengthen the divisions with reserves and resources for more effective performance of tasks,” he emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, 115 clashes took place on the front during the day, most of them in the Pokrovsky direction, where the Defense Forces stopped 62 assault and offensive actions of the enemy.
