Take out a mortgage in Diya with eOsele. Do you need to change your place of residence? Do that in Diya and don’t go to institutions,” it says in the message. The press service reminded that the eOsel program is a preferential mortgage in Diya at 3% and 7%. If a citizen is not yet 26 years old, then he can pay the first installment of only 10%.
