The court chose a preventive measure for the ex-commander of the 155th mechanized brigade “Anna Kyivska” Dmytro Ryumshin: detention with an alternative bail of 90 million hryvnias.

Details: The investigation alleges that he allowed the mass torture of subordinates, some cases took place on the territory of the EU.
The State Bureau of Investigation and the Security Service of Ukraine detained Ryumshin on January 20.

- Journalist Yuriy Butusov reported on the facts of improper formation and provision of the newly created 155th mechanized brigade, and the SBI announced an investigation into the facts of desertion and abuse of authority.
