As ARMA reported in response to Suspilny’s request, the seized funds of Tetyana Krupa, ex-head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, are being kept by the pre-trial investigation body.
“The National Agency has already informed the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office about the need to fulfill the requirements of Articles 100 and 170 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and send these funds to the ARMA administration. After the appropriate request of the SAP, the decision can be adopted by the court. It is this way of managing funds within the framework of criminal proceedings that will enable ARMA to direct them to the defense forces,” the answer reads.
According to the investigation materials, on October 3, 2024, law enforcement officers seized a large sum of cash from the apartment of the family of the head of the MSEK of Khmelnytskyi:
in the living room – $106.1 thousand, 6.7 thousand EUR and 67.5 thousand UAH;
in the dressing room, where the safe was located, – $315.9 thousand. and 25.4 thousand euro;
in the bedroom of the suspect Volodymyr Krupa’s husband – $253.1 thousand, 70 thousand euros and 143 thousand UAH;
in another bedroom – $2.5 million, 37.8 thousand. euros and 702 thousand UAH
We will remind that on October 5 of this year, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation detained and informed about the suspicion of illegal enrichment of the head of the Khmelnytskyi regional center of MSEK Tetyana Krupa. Millions in cash and numerous jewels were found during searches of the office and residence of the official and her close relatives.

On October 7, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure against Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK. She was sent to custody for 60 days with the possibility of making bail in the amount of 500 million hryvnias. The Prosecutor General’s Office transferred the case of Tetyana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK, to NABU.
