President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrii Plenkovich, during which they discussed the need to strengthen Ukraine’s positions.

The head of state thanked Andrej Plenkovic and the Croatian government for their constant support.

The key topic of the meeting is additional military aid. Strengthening Ukrainian soldiers on the battlefield and strengthening Ukraine’s positions are extremely important for achieving a just and lasting peace. Our state is counting on a quick supply of weapons as part of the next package of support from Croatia.

Particular attention is paid to Croatia’s contribution to humanitarian demining, in particular to the joint production of appropriate machines. This direction is important for Ukraine not only during the war, but also in the reconstruction of the country after its end.

Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Andrey Plenkovich also discussed the expansion of rehabilitation and recovery programs for our defenders and their families.
