In Davos, the head of state Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with the president of Finland Alexander Stubb, the Ukrainian leader said in a telegram.

It is known that the parties discussed “strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities, security guarantees and strengthening sanctions against Russia.”

“The approach of a lasting and just peace is our common goal, and I am grateful for all the help provided by Finland and the preparation of the next, 27th package of military aid to Ukraine,” Zelenskyi said.

Also on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Zelenskyi met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss continued support for Ukraine and coordination with partners to achieve a just peace.

In addition, the President of Ukraine held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, during which they signed an agreement on long-term cooperation and support between the countries

Davos, Switzerland, is the traditional venue for the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum.
