According to the law enforcement officers, on January 21, the actions of all the participants in the crime were reclassified, they are being considered within the scope of the pre-trial investigation for the fact of committing torture, including the prior conspiracy of individuals.
As the law enforcement officers reported, the conflict between the teenagers arose due to rumors of a different nature, which the victim allegedly spread about some of the participants in the event. She was also accused of damaging the entrance door to the apartment where one of the participants in the conflict lives. The girl was asked to pay for the repair of this door.
As of now, the police have identified 10 participants of this event aged 10 to 16. It is known that minors gathered in a local park, where they invited the 12-year-old victim to find out the relationship. Illegal acts were committed against the girl at the meeting place. In particular, one of the participants, a 16-year-old boy, was among the other participants who intimidated the girl. He threatened, hit the girl and sprayed the contents of a gas can in her face, as well as exerted psychological pressure and demanded money in the amount of 15,000. UAH He was informed of the suspicion of torture and extortion.
