In the previous round, the capital’s volleyball players lost to one of their direct competitors – “Varti” from Zavertsy, which thus rose to second place.
“Bats”, on the other hand, are currently third from the bottom. The team is trying to keep its registration in the Plus League, but cannot boast of stability. The Lviv players play well against the leaders, for example, they beat “Yastshembski Wengel”, which is in first place, and “Resovia”, which is in seventh place, but lost to their direct competitors. In particular, in the previous round, “Bats” lost to the last team of the tournament, GKS “Katowice”.
In the first round, Lviv lost to “Warsaw” 1:3. And in general, since 2022, since “Bats” have been playing in the Plus League, they have lost all five face-to-face matches against the current opponent.
