More than 20 associations of small and medium-sized businesses appealed to the President of Ukraine and the government with a demand to expand the “National Cashback” program and include entrepreneurs on a simplified taxation system. This is stated in the joint appeal of the associations. “A critical flaw that turns the program into a tool of discrimination is the ban on using the program as sellers to entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system. This ban distorts competition, gives even more market power to retail chains, harms manufacturers who sell their products through entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system and suppresses the development of small and micro-businesses,” the message reads. Advertising: It is noted that the implementation of goods with a special bar code, through РРО/PRРРО, from the categories of goods of Ukrainian production specified in the relevant list will make it possible to avoid “gray” schemes and contribute to the detinization of trade and strengthening of competition. In addition, it is proposed to take measures to disseminate detailed information about the program to attract participants among citizens, as well as to double the maximum amount of cashback per month.
