In Dnipro, after the morning Russian attack, a warehouse was partially destroyed, Serhiy Lysak, the head of the regional military administration, said.

“It seemed like a restless morning for Dnipropetrovsk region. Explosions rang out in the regional center. There is a partially destroyed warehouse in the city that was not in use,” he wrote in a telegram.

According to him, a man was injured in the Russian attack in the Synelnyk district – he is in the hospital in a moderate condition. A transport company and private houses were also damaged in the area.

The local authorities report that after midnight, Russian troops with heavy artillery hit twice in the Nikopol region – in Chervonogrigorivska and Pokrovsk communities. There are no casualties.

Around 6:00 a.m., the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned of high-speed targets in the direction of the Dnipro. In social networks, they wrote about the sounds of explosions.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
