27-year-old forward “Manchester United” Marcus Rashford gave preliminary consent to transfer to “Barcelona” on loan.
As Diario Sport reports, now the Catalan club is discussing the issue of the player’s salary with the club itself.
The main problem for “Barcelona” is financial difficulties, because in the case of Rashford’s transfer, it will have to cover his salary, and in six months it will amount to 9 million euros.
Negotiations are underway so that “Barcelona” will cover only part of the salary, and “Manchester United” will provide the other part.
Also, “Barcelona” will have to make room in the application for a new player by giving up one of the players.
Earlier, Rashford said that he is ready to fight for a place in the starting line-up of Manchester United.
