The information about the alleged death of a Danish instructor in the use of F-16 fighter jets as a result of a missile strike by Russian troops on Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region is yet another Kremlin propaganda hoax.

The Center for Combating Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, reports Ukrinform.

“The Ministry of Defense of Denmark officially denied the widespread information. In their statement, they emphasized that none of the Danish F-16 pilot instructors died in Ukraine, and the story spread in the Russian media is fictitious,” the CPD said.

As Ukrinform reported, on the afternoon of January 17, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Kryvyi Rih, hitting an educational institution and a residential building. As a result of the enemy attack, four people died, another 14, including children, were injured.
