Uruguayan forward Facundo Batista transferred from the Mexican “Nekaks” to the Zhytomyr “Polesye”, reports the club’s social networks.

The 26-year-old striker spent the last six months on loan at the Uruguayan “Peñarol”. Facundo signed a 3-year contract with an option to extend for another season. The rookie will perform under number 9.

Batista played 23 matches in Peñarol for six months, scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists.

Earlier it was reported that “Polesie” lost in the first match at the training camp.
