Deputy, TCC officials, volunteer: SBU told about new detentions for aiding evaders

In two days, the Security Service and the National Police eliminated 10 mobilization evasion schemes that operated in different regions of Ukraine, and arrested all the organizers of the events.

So, the lawyer who, together with accomplices, transported more than a hundred conscripts abroad was suspected. Criminals entered the data of evaders into the lists of volunteer organizations for money.

A criminal group was neutralized in Bukovina, which helped conscripts escape to a neighboring EU country through mountain paths.

In Chernivtsi, a deputy of the Selyatyn community and two of his accomplices were detained, who were also taking conscripts out of Ukraine through forest areas and reservoirs.

In the Zhytomyr region, the director of the local primary health care center was exposed, who sold fake certificates of “bad” health to applicants.

A group of criminals was exposed in Kyiv, among whom was the commander of one of the volunteer formations. He “helped” his clients to avoid mobilization: “concluded” with them a fictitious contract about serving in the Armed Forces.

In the Cherkasy region, the former head of the department of the Zvenigorod Central Committee, who tried to “write off” a potential conscript from the military record, was arrested “red handed”. Also, in the territory of the region, an exposadov of the VLK was detained, who forged medical documents on disability for the evaders.

In Vinnytsia region, 2 “schemes” were exposed and four local dealers were arrested, who offered conscripts to flee to a neighboring country for money.

In Lviv Oblast, an official of the Yavoriv RTCC was exposed, who was “making money” from evaders by falsifying their credentials as unfit for service.

According to all the facts, the detainees were notified of suspicion in accordance with the committed crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Perpetrators face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
