The Kharkiv OTCC and SP deny accusations of beating a man and damaging his car, which allegedly happened in the city of Kharkiv.
“During the implementation of mobilization measures by the alert group, which consisted of employees of the National Police and servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the driver of the vehicle was asked to go to the relevant RTCC and SP for clarification of military registration data. We emphasize that no actions of physical or psychological influence were applied to the citizen,” the message reads.
According to the information of the OTCC and SP, the citizen, who is conscripted, agreed to the legal demands of the officials, closed his car and, together with the alert group, arrived at the territorial assembly center. But, after clarifying his personal data and receiving a referral to the military medical commission, the citizen disappeared in an unknown direction.
Currently, the citizen is wanted.
In the message of the OTCC and the SP, it is also stated that the video and relevant comments, which are distributed on the networks, are slander and deliberate discrediting of the territorial recruitment and social support centers and an attempt to hinder the performance of the tasks assigned to them. In particular, it is about alleged damage to the car of civilians as a result of the actions of military personnel.

As reported by Ukrinform, on January 13, a man was detained in Kharkiv, involved in an attack on employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. This was reported by the communication department of the police of the Kharkiv region.
“The attackers blocked the road of a vehicle transporting mobilized persons. Two men and a woman got out of the civilian car. One of the attackers had a gun. They broke the glass in the car of the RTCC and SP employees and started a fight with them,” the report says.
The police established the identity of one of the attackers – he is 49 years old. In the man’s car, a starter pistol and cartridges were found. The police detained the intruder, and his car was seized.
