Therefore, we at “UP. Life” ask you to share your memories of February 24, 2022, which we want to publish on the website for the anniversary of the full-scale invasion.

Over the course of three years, we published dozens of stories about how the great war began for Ukrainians.
Among them is a story about A 17-year-old half-orphan boywho met a full-scale invasion in Mariupol and tried to survive under constant shelling, and was later forcibly deported to Russia.
They also wrote about the defenders of Mariupol, who defended the city to the last. In particular, about Azov Yaroslav with the call sign “Yas”. He was one of the first to meet the Russian onslaught, which advanced on the city, and defended “Azovstal”.
We also told the love story of the military Valerii Karpilenko and Andrii Subotinawho have been in Mariupol since the beginning of the great war and got married in a bunker at the same factory. The man died, and the woman spent almost a year in Russian captivity.
We highlighted the difficult stories and heroism of people in the occupation. In particular, they told how Larisa Fesenkothe headmistress of a lyceum in a village in the Kharkiv region, survived 45 days of a Russian punishment cell at the beginning of a full-scale war. Osvityanka was handed over to the occupiers by her colleagues.
We also wrote about those who changed their profession for the sake of protecting Ukraine. One of them is Nelly Chorba with the call sign Monkey. Before the full-scale invasion, the girl was a student of the theater college and was going to devote her life to the stage. However, already in March 2022, Nellie took the oath, and later became a mortar.
