Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal noted that implementation has already been discussed with the UN Deputy Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher and UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi.
