German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that in January, his country will deploy in the Polish city of Ryaszew (Rzeszow), near the border with Ukraine, the Patriot air defense system.

It is not only a settlement, it is a city that exists [центром] voivodeship, i.e. such an area in south-eastern Poland. And because of the airport that is there, it is no secret that the vast majority of equipment and other aid that goes to Ukraine goes through Rzeszów, Ryaszów — in Ukrainian.
