As a result of dropping explosives from a drone by the Russian military in the Dnipro district of Kherson on the afternoon of January 15, a communal bus was damaged and some were injured, the head of the city’s military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported.

“It is known about three wounded. A 71-year-old man and two women aged 50 and 65 were treated for contusion and mine-explosive injuries. An additional examination is currently underway,” the official said.

Later, he reported on two more wounded – an 81-year-old and a 53-year-old man.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
