Details: According to operatives, holding the position of Acting head of the VLK, the person involved organized a scheme to recognize men of mobilization age as unfit for military service.

His accomplice – a state executive of the Boryspil Department of the State Executive Service, acted as an intermediary in the scheme. She handed over money and documents.

Investigators reported suspicion to two persons involved in the corruption scheme. The actions of the already former T.V.O. the heads of the VLK are qualified under part 1 of article 366 (official forgery), part 2 of article 332 (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine), part 5 of article 27 of article 336 (assistance in evasion of conscription for military service under time of mobilization), and state executives – under Part 2 of Article 369-2 (abuse of influence) of the CCU. Suspects were served with petitions for precautionary measures.
