The police team of Zaporozhye suffered irreparable losses. During demining operations in one of the villages of the Bilozer Territorial Community in the Kherson Region, two employees of the Department of the Explosive Service of the State Police of the Zaporizhzhya Region were killed – 30-year-old senior police lieutenant Oleksiy Safonov and 36-year-old police lieutenant Ilya Dergilyov
The tragedy happened today, January 14, in one of the villages of the Bilozer territorial community in the Kherson region. Both policemen were fatally wounded in an explosion while disarming the combat unit of an unexploded unmanned aerial vehicle after another racist drone attack.
