Conflict in Vinnytsia with the participation of a police officer, TCC and civilians: law enforcement officers reacted

In Vinnytsia, a conflict occurred with the participation of a policeman, military personnel of the TCC and SP, and civilians during the arrest of a 40-year-old man who had previously escaped from the TCC. Law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation.

During the monitoring of social networks, a video with a conflict between police officers, TCC and SP and passers-by was found. It was established that around 11:00 a.m. the law enforcement officers stopped a man who, during the document check, gave someone else’s profile data. Later, during a check of military registration documents, it was established that the 40-year-old man was already wanted by the Vinnytsia OTCC and SP

It is reported that at that time a woman passing by began to demand from the servicemen and the policeman to release the conscript. The latter took the opportunity and ran away. After some time, the law enforcement officers found him in order to deliver him to Vinnytsia OTCC and SP.

In the meantime, passers-by gathered at the screams of the detainee, who shouted and used obscenities to the police officers and TCC and SP. The figure resisted, tried to break free and run away. During an attempt to detain the man, a passerby who took part in the conflict pushed POG, as a result of which the policeman’s service weapon fell out of his holster. The policeman quickly took the gun and held it up. The policeman did not intend to use or use a firearm

The detainee was taken to the Vinnytsia OTCC and SP, where a report on the administrative offense under part. 3 Art. 210 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

At the same time, the police did not receive any statements, reports or complaints about the incident.

In addition, it is noted that an investigation is being conducted following the incident in Vinnytsia with the participation of the police and military personnel of the TCC and SP.
