The actress, 54, looked incredible in a blue sports bra and matching leggings as she showcased her impressive flexibility while stretching on the deck which overlooked the ocean.
Tamzin also took full advantage of the cruise facilities as she relaxed in a sauna wearing a sporty white long sleeved swimsuit.
The EastEnders star pushed her long wet blonde tresses out of her face before heading to the indoor swimming pool on board.
She later headed to the gym and wowed fans as she performed a perfect headstand before pulling on her cosy white dressing gown for a massage and acupuncture.
Tamzin looked to be having the time of her life as she travelled from Southampton to Hamburg on board new ship Queen Anne.
She wrote: ‘Had the most energising yet relaxing trip on @cunardline from Southampton to Hamburg and back. I booked the Harpers Bazaar relaxing package on the new ship Queen Anne. I had no idea that a spa on a cruise could be this impressive.
‘I had the most incredible massages, acupuncture, @elemis facial, a blow dry and used the spa facilities consisting of different types of sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, ice rooms with gorgeous relaxation and treatment rooms. There were plenty of fitness classes too. Plus a fantastic gym.
‘To start the year arriving at a new destination, full of energy and clarity was precisely what was needed on this journey.’
She continued: ‘The people were also wonderful. I was utterly spoilt as were all the guests and I even got to watch @heathersmallmpeople perform to a packed theatre onboard. She was just BRILLIANT!
‘Thank you to everyone who made this trip utterly unforgettable. @kate_lawton_ Massive thanks to @tommybrady7 for taking the “sick” pics.’
It comes after Tamzin missed out on lifting the festive Glitterball trophy during the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The soap star was paired up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin and performed a Viennese waltz to KD Lang’s version of Hallelujah.
However it wasn’t enough as Strictly’s first ever drag queen contestant Tayce Szura-Radix was crowned the winner.
The Welsh performer, 30, and her professional dance partner Kai Widdrington impressed judges with a sizzling Cha-Cha to Kylie and Danni Minogue’s hit 100 Degrees before lifting the glistening Strictly Christmas star-shaped trophy.
The drag queen made quite the entrance as she arrived on a sparkling moon suspended high above the ballroom, before she was lowered to the dance floor.
Her energetic performance, which included a series of impressive lifts, was awarded a perfect score with four 10s from judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood.
They faced stiff competition from fellow contestants comedian Josh Widdicombe, Irish presenter Vogue Williams, Tamzin, Formula 1 driver Billy Monger, and Gladiator star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
