During the January session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, joint hearings of three committees regarding Ukrainian prisoners will be held. “During the January session of the PACE, joint hearings of the three committees regarding Ukrainian prisoners will be held. I have just received confirmation that my proposal for a joint meeting of the culture committee, the political committee and the PACE legal affairs committee will be implemented!” – wrote Kravchuk.

According to her, committee members “will listen to speakers from Ukraine on the topics of captivity, torture, inhumane treatment of prisoners of war and civilian hostages.” “And of course, let’s touch on my topic regarding the captured Ukrainian journalists,” Kravchuk pointed out.

As Kravchuk noted, Maksym Butkevich, who was released from Russian captivity in October 2024, will speak at her invitation.
