The occupiers closed the entrance to Lysychansk for civilians without local registration and Russian documents.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk OVA, Artem Lysohor.

Previously, to get into the city, you could get special passes after checking, but this procedure has been canceled. The ban applies only to civilians, the Luhansk OVA states.

Meanwhile, in Rubizhny, local residents complain about the low quality of restoration works. Repairs are carried out only in the most surviving high-rise buildings, while dilapidated shops and administrative buildings remain neglected.

According to residents, the occupiers ignore infrastructural problems and do not care about the development of the city, limiting themselves only to demonstration works.

As ArmiyaInform reported, increased fines for traffic violations were introduced in the occupied territories of Luhansk region.
