Minus Yastremska. The semi-finalists of the WTA 250 tournament in Hobart have been determined

On January 9, the 1/4 final matches of the WTA 250 hard tournament took place in Hobart, Australia.

Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremska lost to McCartney Kessler in two sets. In the semifinals, the American will play against Elina Avanesyan, who defeated Amanda Anisimova by forfeit.

Maya Joynt and Elise Mertens will meet in another semi-final match. The Australian beat Sofia Kenin, and the second seed managed Veronika Kudermetova.

The semi-final matches will take place on Friday, January 10.
