Journalists noted that the Ukrainian military captured an Italian on January 7 or 8 in the Kupyansk district of the Kharkiv region.

Today.it also found Channey’s social media. It states that he previously worked as a chef in a restaurant in Naples, and after that in Samara in an Italian restaurant.

The owner of the restaurant, Giangido Brebbo, confirmed to reporters that Chenni worked for him until the beginning of 2024, after which he resigned and left the city. Journalists failed to find out why the Italian joined the occupying army.
