The ID four-parter ‘The Fall of Diddy,’ to debut Jan. 27-28, makes claims about violent behavior and illegal activity against Sean “Diddy” Combs as he sits in jail on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Investigation Discovery, the true-crime network behind the bombshell docuseries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, has teased The Fall of Diddy, a four-parter that digs into the life of Sean “Diddy” Combs as he sits in jail charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
The docuseries, to air across two nights, Jan. 27 and 28 at 9 p.m., promises to probe allegations of sexual assault, abusive behavior and violence from Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer for Combs who claims the mogul sexually harassed him; Thalia Graves, a woman who alleges Diddy violently raped her in 2001, before threatening her into silence; and former Vibe magazine Editor-in-Chief Danyel Smith, who talks about alleged violent behavior toward her.
There’s also interviews in the ID and Max series from a former personal driver, a onetime chef, an early publicist, and makeup artist Mylah Morales, who says she witnessed Combs’ abuse of singer and ex-girlfriend Cassie, also known as Casandra Ventura. The trailer includes a snippet of harrowing footage from March 5, 2016, that CNN released, where Combs is seen attacking Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway, kicking and shoving her, then dragging her by her sweatshirt before throwing an object at her.
The docuseries will also feature an interview with Natania Griffin, a victim of the infamous 1999 New York City nightclub shooting involving Combs. At one point in the teaser, an unlit young woman settles into a chair, apparently for her own interview, while a voiceover states: “The truth will always find its way, even in the dark.”
ID told THR it is not revealing the identity of the young woman at this time.
Peacock is also set to debut a 90-minute streaming documentary of its own, Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy, on Jan. 14.
The Fall of Diddy docuseries from Maxine Productions, which also produced Quiet on Set for ID, looks at Sean Combs from his college days at Howard University and the start of his career with Bad Boy Records, where he is alleged to have shown violence and a temper, and leads up to his transformation into Puffy and then Diddy, and finally his 2024 arrest and mug shot.
The 55-year-old Diddy is currently awaiting a May trial behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He’s also the subject of more than 25 lawsuits related to accusations of sexual misconduct.
The Fall of Diddy is also produced for ID by Maxine Productions, The Intellectual Property Corporation, part of Sony Pictures Television, in association with Rolling Stone Films.
