Details: A terrorist recruited by the Russian special services detonated explosives near the administration building of the local TCC on December 14 last year.

As a result of the incident, one person died, four people were injured, including two policemen.

Within a few hours after the terrorist attack, law enforcement officers detained 37-year-old local resident Ruben Voskanyan, who is suspected of carrying out the terrorist attack.

So far, two agents of the aggressor country have been detained, who acted separately from the “perpetrator” and made him an improvised explosive device (IED), the special service notes.

The extras turned out to be a 33-year-old deserter who voluntarily left the military unit of Ukraine and was hiding in the Dnipro River, and his 25-year-old wife.

While searching for “easy” earnings on thematic Telegram channels, they came into the field of view of the special services of the Russian Federation, which later recruited the spouses remotely, the SBU reports.

According to the instructions of the occupiers, they made explosives, and then hid them in a bag and put them in a predetermined hiding place.

After that, the defendants remotely watched how the “performer” took the SVP from the hiding place, which they reported to their Russian curator via messenger.

So that their forays would not arouse suspicion, the participants took their 3-year-old child with them.

After the terrorist attack, the spouses of Russian agents moved to another rented apartment. There they tried to “confuse the tracks” and “lie down.”

Law enforcement officers arrested both criminals at their new address. During the search, mobile phones and clothes with evidence of crimes were seized from them, as well as Russian instructions for making SVP.

Currently, both detainees have been notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

ch. 2, 3 Art. 258 (terrorist act committed by a group of persons based on a prior conspiracy, resulting in the death of a person);

h 1 Art. 14 (preparation for a crime).

They are currently in custody.

Investigations are ongoing.
