The patrol police commented on the video recording of the arrest of a car driver in the Podilsky district of Kyiv, which was circulated on social networks. The Patrol Police of Kyiv reports this in Telegram, transmits UNN.

The law enforcement officers said that on January 8, during patrolling, the inspectors stopped a Ford car with a license plate that did not meet the requirements of state standards.

We stopped the vehicle. During the conversation, the driver behaved aggressively and tried to leave the scene, threatening the patrol officers with physical violence

It is noted that the inspectors warned the man about the illegality of such actions, but he did not respond to the remarks and caused bodily harm to the patrolman.

Inspectors detained the violator and called investigators to the scene.

According to this fact, information was entered into the EDPR under part 2 Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (Resisting an employee of a law enforcement agency during the performance of his official duties).
