On Wednesday, January 8, the Ministry of Justice managed to restore the operation of its website after a cyberattack by the Russian Federation. On December 19, the Ministry of Justice announced a large-scale failure at the level of the network infrastructure serving state registries. Later, the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration – Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna reported that the Russian Federation had carried out a cyber attack on state registers under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice. Their work is temporarily suspended. At the same time, the official website of the ministry was also suspended. On December 19, representatives of the authorities assured that the registers would be restored in two weeks.
