As noted, during the patrolling of the Kuchurgansky estuary, soldiers of the Podilsky detachment spotted a 26-year-old local resident who decided to cross the state border on an inflatable kayak. The violator was detained “at the start”.
Regarding the man, a protocol was drawn up about his committing an administrative offense under Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The case was referred to the court.
