Representatives of the three largest political parties in Great Britain have privately called on allies of US President-elect Donald Trump to reconsider his relationship with billionaire Elon Musk.

Details: Complaints from British politicians began after Musk made a series of provocative statements about internal British politics on his social network X, and also supported the far-right leader of the populist Reform UK party, Nigel Farage.
As the interlocutors of the agency note, currently Kiir Starmer’s Labor Party, the conservative opposition and the Reform UK party are asking themselves whether the alliance between Musk and the US president-elect can last long and what the risk is of the billionaire’s public activity.
In discussions with Trump allies in recent days, some have suggested that Musk’s posts are damaging the president-elect’s reputation, even among his friends and supporters in Britain.
The agency also emphasizes that the British complaints against Musk appeared against the background of signs of dissatisfaction among some Trump supporters with the influence of the billionaire in the future US administration.
One of the interlocutors of the agency, related to both Trump’s entourage and British politics, said that Musk’s public spat with Farage this weekend had them predicting that his relationship with Trump was about to sour, too.
Sources say that some of Trump’s allies have expressed concern about Musk’s online activity in conversations with their British counterparts.
Another British politician close to Trump’s team said they were concerned Musk had crossed the line and concluded he now posed a risk to the president-elect.
