This was reported by the press service of the ministry. Before this period, it is allowed to issue checks according to the old form. At the same time, enterprises have the right to introduce new forms of fiscal checks by the specified date, but this is not mandatory. “Orders introducing new requirements and extending the transition period are being prepared for official publication and will enter into force on the day following their publication in the official publication,” the ministry said in a statement. Previously, People’s Deputy Nina Yuzhanina stated that according to the order, it is allowed to issue checks in the old form only until January 1, 2025.
