The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, made changes to the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces, according to the decree published on the website of the head of state.
From now on, Clause 5 of the Regulation is set out in the following wording:
“To ensure self-representation of the General Staff in courts and other bodies through persons authorized to act on its behalf, including through officials (officials) of the structural unit of the General Staff, which is entrusted with self-representation of the General Staff in courts, as well as to ensure representation of the General Staff in courts and other bodies through representatives”.
The document clarifies the mechanism of representation of the General Staff in judicial and other bodies.
