“Kamensk-Shakhtynskyi, Rostov Oblast. Something is smoking a lot,” Kovalenko wrote.
The head of the CPD reminded that the city is home to the “Kamensky plant” – a chemical enterprise that specializes, in particular, in the production of fuel for rocket engines (“Uragan”, “Smerch”, “Tornado-S”, “Iskander”).
There are also military warehouses that are related to the enterprise, Kovalenko pointed out and added: “it seems that they are the ones that can smoke.”
